Dr. Bin Cai, L.Ac., RN, PhD., has been in medical field for over 20 years. Dr Cai received his bachelor’s degree of medicine in 2001 at Anhui TCM University, master’s degree of traumatology and orthopedics from Chengdu TCM University, doctoral degree in Medicine from Southern Medical University of China in 2011. Started from 2009, Dr. Cai has worked as a research scholar at City College of New York (CUNY), an acupuncture fellow at the Integrative Medicine Department at Beth Israel Mount Sinai and as a faculty member at New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Now he is in private practice with multiple clinical locations in New York. Dr. Cai always loves to combine techniques from surgery, acupuncture, herbal medicine, chiropractic, and massage therapies to achieve the best care for his patients.

Bill Schoenbart, L.Ac., DAOM

Bill Schoenbart, DAOM, L.Ac. has been practicing traditional Chinese herbal medicine since 1992 and maintains a clinical practice in Santa Cruz, California. Dr. Schoenbart is the associate chair of the Department of Herbology at Five Branches University, and he teaches classes in Chinese herbal medicine and medical theory to acupuncture students. He is the author of two books on Chinese medicine, and he is also the current editor of the Botanical Safety Handbook and is an editorial reviewer for the American Herbal Pharmacopoeia. He works as a consultant to herbal product companies with the goal of providing sound advice regarding the development, manufacture, and maintenance of high quality, safe herbal products.

Yueying Li, L.Ac.

Yueying Li, L.Ac. is a licensed acupuncturist with a specialization in dermatology, and over 36 years of experience in teaching and practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). She suffered from her own congenital skin condition which impacted her both physically and emotionally. This led to her interest in learning about skin issues and she further received specialized training in dermatology in China. Dr. Li graduated from South-West University of Medicine in China, and completed an additional 2 years of training at the Sichuan Institution of Dermatology where she conducted specialized clinical research in the field of dermatology. Years of accumulated knowledge lead her to create her own line of herbal products that aid skin conditions and promote healthy skin. Dr. Li has been a professor at Yosan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Los Angeles since 1995, and teaches both the Master and Doctoral programs. Since then she has successfully launched her acupuncture and Chinese medicine clinical practice, and has built a strong knowledgeable team of professionals to bring optimal care to their patients.

Butch Levy, MD., L.Ac.

Dr. Butch Levy MD, L.Ac. has been a primary care physician for 50 years and is an NCCAOM certified practitioner in Chinese medicine for twenty-five years. His education was in TCM, but his training was based on mentorship with his colleague and friend, Dr. Miki Shima, for almost 30 years. Dr. Shima has retired but encouraged Dr. Levy to continue teaching in the innovative style that he practiced. Dr. Levy focuses on the eight extra vessels and channel divergents, along with meridian therapy.
