Job Opening: Customer Service and Front Desk Representative

We have been providing professional herbal products directly sold to licensed healthcare practitioners, clinics, colleges and hospitals throughout the U.S. for 22 years. This is a multi-tasking, attention to detail, administrative customer service position. Candidates must be incredibly personable, goal-oriented, self-starters, extremely organized and able to prioritize tasks in order to get the job done efficiently and accurately. Tasks include order processing via phone, email (Outlook), fax and website; resolving customer issues regarding product/shipping discrepancies; answering questions regarding herbal product information; light social media marketing; filing and office supply ordering. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Professional demeanor is a must in interacting with our professional clients and staff. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is a must. Basic knowledge in Quickbooks is a plus, but not required. Organization and management of office details is required. Continuous on-site training in Chinese herbs and specifically our product lines will be a component of this position.
